A word about the Unit Wars

I think possibly that this might put some closure on all this Unit nonsense that

I’ve been reading about on Twitter .People ask me personally more than I

recommend my clients doing .The answer to that is that I do , and the reason

is very simple .I don’t want my clients exposed to a large Unit swing due

to a losing streak that will happen from time to time .I keep my clients Units

between (1-4) for that very reason.Personally I will have a spread more

along the lines of (1-10) with the highest being reserved for plays where

we get confirmed information from only reliable sources that I’ve been

dealing with personally for a number of years.

Now on the amount of value of a Unit .This is a very personal thing and I

couldn’t possibly tell anyone what their Unit value would be without knowing

their Bankroll and risk tolerance .To simplify things , if you’re $100 bettor

than 1 Unit = $100 .If you’re a $500 bettor than your 1 Unit= $500.

So basically a 1 Unit play would be your average bet.Of course Bankroll

and risk tolerance  come into play but I simply wanted to give a little clearer

picture.

During a losing streak I recommend the reduction of Unit value , and during

a winning streak I recommend an increase of Unit value .This quite simple

automatically decreases your losses and increases your wins with the first

being the most important to me .By limiting your losses you’ll almost never

have the chance of losing your initial Bankroll .I hope this clears things up a

and as always if anyone has any questions on this topic , or any other

gambling related topic you can always em me at sharpsides@gmail.com
